Postdoctoral Associate in systems and multiscale immunology
Farmington, CT
A postdoctoral position is available in Shuzhao Li Lab at the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine (JAX-GM), Farmington, Connecticut, USA. The incumbent will lead data analysis on multiple projects in human immunology, including scRNA-seq, multiome, metabolomics, lipidomics and exposomics data. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a research team integrating biology, chemistry, data science and software engineering. JAX-GM is an excellent research environment for omics and data science, with state-of-art facility and dedicated research IT supports. A large computational community provide ample opportunities of professional development.
Qualifications
