Required Qualifications
Education: MD, DO, PharmD, Pharm, or PhD
Work Experience:
Experience in principal and advanced statistical methods.
Experience working in a multi-disciplinary setting and/or teams.
Experience and working knowledge of at least one statistical software (E.g. SAS, STATA, R, and SPSS).
Experience with Microsoft Suite products.
Experience in conducting evidence synthesis and systematic reviews
Outstanding written communication as evidenced by application materials
Preferred Qualifications
Work Experience:
Proficiency in advanced analytical theories, predictive modeling, data mining, and data extraction.
Experience in clinical and health services research.
Expertise in using various statistical software (SAS, STATA, R, and SPSS)
Experience with mixed methods (including qualitative) data analysis and software (e.g. NVivo)
Experience in using systematic review software (e.g. RevMan)
Evidence of scholarship in related field
Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate statistical methods and results.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Outstanding verbal communication skills

SalaryCompensation Statement:
The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
