The Mood Disorders Laboratory, part of the Institute for Mental Health Research, is hiring a Postdoctoral Fellow. The mission of the Mood Disorders Laboratory (MDL) is to advance our understanding of mood disorders, such as Major Depressive Disorder, through scientific research.
Per University policy, this assignment is a temporary training position for a recent PhD graduate. The Postdoctoral fellow must have received their Ph.D. no more than three years prior to the initial start date.
This is a temporary fixed-term, one-year position with the chance to renew on a yearly basis based on performance and/or the continuation of grant funding.

Purpose
The Postdoctoral Fellow will Lead the co-ordination of a new R01 research project.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate research project
- Supervise paid RAs and volunteer RAs working on the project
- Contribute to scientific manuscripts and prepare reports for NIH/IRB
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
PhD in Clinical psychology or related field received no more than three years prior to start date. Familiarity with statistical software, R.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with eye tracking and/or cognitive bias modification research. Experience with PsychoPy or similar software. Experience with diagnostic assessment, particularly with the assessment of depression and related disorders.
Salary Range
$70,000-$75,000
