One postdoctoral position is available in the lab of Prof. Edwin Antony at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. We are looking for a motivated researcher who will strive to carry out projects that decipher the molecular underpinnings of enzyme complexes. The ideal candidate for the position will have a strong background in in vitro biochemistry using recombinantly purified protein complexes. Experience in either single-molecule biophysics, structural biology (especially cryo-EM microscopy), enzyme kinetics (stopped flow fluorescence), molecular biology and/or biochemistry of protein-nucleic acid interactions is required.
