JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Eberly College of Science, Department of Physics at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking to fill two Postdoctoral Scholar positions in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics. The successful candidates will participate in the research program of Prof. Cui-Zu Chang’s group to investigate the quantum phenomena in molecular beam epitaxy (MBE)-grown films/heterostructures. The project involves molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) growth, angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy (STM/S), nanoscale device fabrication, mechanical exfoliation, and dilution electrical transport measurements. The ideal candidates should have experience in at least one of these areas.
Education and Experience
