We are a small, interdisciplinary team of 10 clinicians (including 2 psychiatrists), 3 administrative staff, one postdoctoral fellow, and graduate student trainees in psychology and social work. team supports Barnard College's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by considering the impact of systems of oppression on mental health, attending to our own social identities and biases, and promoting equitable access to care. Our Center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). We approach training through an integrative framework that incorporates psychodynamic, multicultural, and social justice lenses, and evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness).
